1. Policy Purpose & Scope
This Child Safety and Protection Standards Policy outlines our organizational commitments, strict behavioral standards, automated filtering systems, proactive human moderation protocols, and emergency reporting pathways designed to protect minors from exploitation, harassment, and abuse. This policy applies uniformly to all registered members, guest participants, and visitors across all public chat rooms, private direct conversations, voice features, and user profile fields.
2. Strict Prohibition of Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE)
Speak English Chat strictly and unequivocally prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). Under no circumstances is any content or behavior tolerated that depicts, promotes, facilitates, encourages, or attempts:

- Online Grooming & Predatory Behavior: Any attempt to build deceptive trust, elicit personal identifying information, solicit explicit media, or coerce a minor into inappropriate or sexualized interactions.
- Commercial Exploitation & Trafficking: Any offering, advertisement, promotion, or facilitation of sexual services or illicit material involving minors.
- Sexualized Language Directed at Minors: Any explicit, predatory, or suggestive remarks, nicknames, or conversations aimed at young individuals.
Zero-Tolerance Penalty: Any account found attempting to distribute, request, discuss, or facilitate CSAM or CSAE is immediately subject to permanent account termination, device and IP ban, deletion of offending material, and immediate referral to international law enforcement authorities.
3. Proactive Protection & In-App Moderation Systems
We employ multi-layered technical safeguards and dedicated human review to detect, block, and eliminate inappropriate material in real time:
- Real-Time Automated Keyword & Pattern Filters: Our intelligent message screening engine intercepts prohibited terms, exploitative phrases, external solicitation links, phone numbers, and leetspeak variations before messages are delivered in chat rooms.
- One-Click In-App User Reporting: Every chat message, user profile, and private conversation features a visible "Report" (إبلاغ / Report) button. Users can immediately flag suspicious, abusive, or predatory conduct for prompt administrative intervention.
- Active Administrative Monitoring: Trained system supervisors and community moderators monitor public rooms around the clock to investigate reports, issue warnings, mute violators, and execute permanent bans.
- Media Verification & Security: File uploads and avatars undergo automated and manual inspection to prevent the storage or dissemination of illicit visual content.
